This may not be kosher but Toyota-4Runner.Org forum has a group buy going on 4Runner Slimline Front Bumper, Rock Sliders, Roof Racks, and Stage 2s through 11/2. Immediate 10% discount with potentially more if enough orders are placed. Helped me make he decision to buy the slimline bumper.

There is a discount code to use T4Rfall2019 on their site that will register the purchase and give you an immediate 10% discount. If enough people buy then additional discounts will kick in and they will provide a refund. Check out the link for more info.

Ive a question with the slimline SSO. I watched a install video and simple enough but it said you need to remove air diverters behind the grill. Whats the purpose of those and what do we lose without them?? Just curious if they feed air to the intake? thanks

will find out in about 12 weeks when it arrives :) I saw a video as well but they only trimmed the diverter and it looked like it just funnels more air to the radiator. I haven't heard any other issue as I have researched lo-pro bumpers. I like the one from C4 Fabworks as well but the price was higher and it didn't come powder coated so that was even more $$ I noticed in some videos on C4 you had to bend the AC line - so I think I would rather trim the air diverter :) THe other ones I considered were Warn and Main Line Overland - all seem worthy contenders but I liked the way this one fit and the fact that I can add Phase 2 and trim the sides up to improve the approach angle if I want.

As of end of day today (Thursday 10/30) - there are 19 orders for the SSO Slimline bumper - one more and the discount is changed to 15% (from 10%) for everyone who ordered....

Did you get your order yet? I think mine was order #11 and last email I got was late December on step 5. Called 2 weeks ago and told it should ship shortly. Been 15 weeks so far.

Just yesterday I received a notice that it is in quality control - next step is powder coat before shipping. I was definitely hoping to have by now so they must have been slammed with orders :(
