I am looking for info on a 2015 T4R Limited AWD. Does not have an E locker and am thinking about installing an E locker or maybe just a limited-slip diff. but do not know how that would work with the way the AWD works?
I searched a few keywords but did not find anything as to what I am looking for.
Am I using the search the right way?

I would imagine adding a locker would have minimal impact on the awd system since you're going to be driving so slow anyway.

What is your intended use for the vehicle? Have you ever gotten stuck?

I would suggest you try some offroading before considering a locker. I've had no issues with my Limited. The A-Trac is a pretty awesome system and gets you out of many situations. I'd suggest raising the vehicle, and adding a bit of protection underneath, before considering a locker. Just my opinion.

I would highly doubt you 'need' a locker. Unless you bash it off-road of course. A selectable locker is the best because there are no ill-effects of having a locker until you need it.
