Jeep truck

Jeep really flopped with their new truck. It’s got to be the ugliest damn truck I’ve ever laid eyes on.

What you said and it's a Fiat. Lose any way ya look at it. Bring recovery gear for when electronics crap out

 

They’re on a down hill spiral. It started in 06/07 when they moved away from the 4.0. I wouldn’t own one if I won it in a raffle

 

My neighbor has a white one with a lift, wheels and tires that's kinda cool. I think they look ok but don't really serve a purpose. Id much rather have a commanche with the 4.0 and a 5 speed.

 

I like it but not the motor. Maybe if it came with a hemi it would be worth the ridiculous price they want for it.

 

Saw it on the road in Dallas and the wife just laughed at it. Jeeps are toys. Wonderful recreational vehicles, but laughable as “real cars.”

 

The commanches are sweet. I’d take on of them in a heartbeat.

 

Well I don’t know what your wife considers a “real car” but most jeeps will out wheel your limited. Although, I do feel the tR4 is a better all around vehicle, even if it is a limited lol. Or should I say, “especially, if it’s a limited”.

Jeeps have exterior hinges that rust within a few years.
Also, the are so insecure for break ins.
I can cut plastic or vynil!
They are toys in my eyes. Cool ones but just toys.
Maybe an older one just to wheel with. I could never DD one...
They are expensive also!

I despise the new jeeps. They’re absolute junk IMO. But they’re good off road. That isn’t deniable....

 

The prices people are paying for the Gladiator is nothing short of batshit crazy, based on what you get. $55-$60k for something that is comparable to a Tacoma? You can buy a fully loaded 4x4 Sierra Denali with the duramax for that.

 

I like them. Thats just me though.

Well, you can’t tow anything with them? That’s a big No Sale for me...

 

Nope and I tow a 10k # trailer daily

 

Can't tow or have a low tow rating?
I have been in an Accord towing a Jet Ski...

 

They are rated for up to 7650#. Much more than our 4runners.
