2019 white blacked out runner

Icon stage 2, 275 70 17 bfg all terrain

I have a 2019 sr5 premium 4runner with the icon stage 2 lift and spc uca's. My sway bar hits on the radiator bracket on the drivers side even with the spacer that moved the sway bar down and forward. I put 2 washers under the mounting bracket for the radiator and it still hits it driving around . Any suggestions? Thanks
