Hey, is anyone on same situation that can’t decide if 2019 or wait for 2020 4runner? I’m made a deposit for 2019 4runner trd off road premium with KDSS super white. I got it for $39,500 out the door plus free registration. I know i won’t get this kind of deal if i wait for the 2020, but is it worth to wait than getting it now with this deal? What do you guys think? Thanks

    Stock...for now...
I’m in also in between. I really want push to start which will come in most models of the 2020 but also not a fan of TSS that is also coming in 2020.

Again, buy a 2019. You are losing minimal things.
Creature features (planned obsolescence) over a dinosaur.
    Yes, I will double down.
    The 2019 is a dinosaur amount T4R'S.
It has every capability yet little of the tech stuff to get in your way.
Don't merge; there is a tree next to you. F off!
I can use my mirror and drive.
I just think; if anything that the premium sound (jbl) should be standard in the TRD & Ltd models. Music kicks ass!

Had my 19 since June and bought knowing I would upgrade the stereo to a larger screen fancy unit. I've grown attached to the big honking knobs and the screen! Now my plans are just upgrade the speakers, maybe an amp

You are right. I’ll just go with 19’ it’s not a bad choice. I can always do the upgrade later. Thanks for your response.

Just bought another 4Runner after living with a Pro Tacoma for 10 months, missed my Pro 4runner so traded the Tacoma for a 19 TRD ORP because of the crazy discounting on the 4Runner and not a fan of all the tech gadgetry after living with it on the Tacoma for 10 months.

Let alone the what?...$1000 plus price inflation for the text and drive package? Waste of money IMO

You did the right choice. I had 2018 tacoma and never happy with it. And now I’m trading in to 2019 4runner trd orp w/ KDSS. I was going to wait for the 20’s but the price won’t be good as i get from the 19’s. Saving a lot on a 4runner is great even without all the tech and Apple CarPlay.
