Saving money on vehicle inspections?

Hi all, I've been looking for and checking out 4Runners for over a year now, in search of my Unicorn! Looking for tips and Mechanics in the Atlanta area that offer free or fair priced inspections on possible vehicles.
Does anyone know if garages/mechanics offer a free inspection service or refundable fee if I use that mechanic/garage in the future?
There's just too many vehicles to check out and the inspection costs will add up.
Specifically looking at 4th Gen 4Runners.

So basically you want to bring what ever number of vehicles to these places and have them stop what their doing and "help" you out for nothing? Good luck.
