Hey everyone, I have a 2007 toyota 4runner with a 3inch pro comp lift on 285/70/17 nitto all terrains. I am looking for a new setup and definitely want to go wider and need some help. I have been thinking about 33x12.5x20 and have NO idea if they will fit. Any other suggestions?

Those 33's will be super hard to fit being that wide. Most dudes run 285/70/17's which is a 11.2" wide tire. You're trying to run a tire that's over an inch wider. It can be done, but you're really going to have to push those tires far from the control arm which is going to increase scrub radius and center of rotation. Once you push the tires out that far from the suspension you're going to have to cut the living hell out of the fender liners and definitely do a cab mount chop.

Then I for sure do not want to do that. Not a fan of all that trimming

Ya man 285's are the way to go. They'll look just right on a lifted 4Runner. Having said that, even with the right back spacing and offset wheels, you'll still need to do some light trimming possibly with 285's. On my '16 I had to trim some of the front mudflaps.
