A necessity for all light bar kits on your vehicle is a wiring harness to bring on the power. The Auto Drive 1 to 1 DT wiring harness is an ideal choice for your power supply. The kit comes with 1 switch, 2 terminals and 1 DT plug with a maximum output of 150 watts. The wiring included in the kit consists of 10 inchs of 14 AWG relay wire to the fuse, 115 inches of 16 AWG wire for relay to plug, 78 inches of 20 AWG wire for relay to switch. The kit also has 30 AMP fuse protection. This wiring harness kit simplifies the installation of your lighting kit. It is the perfect accessory and matched to your Auto Drive LED light and power needs. All wiring is designed to prevent overheating and the contection have a tight seal to prevent water exposure under the toughest of conditions. Be sure to match the proper Auto Drive wiring harness to your lighting configuration for best results.

The Auto Drive 15" LED Bar light has four spot lights at the end of each side. The 1 to 1 wire harness will be compatible with this light bar.

The hole for the switch should be 3/4" for a snug fit.

What size do I drill the hole for the switch

Yes, harness contains relay, fuse and switch. Will work on any vehicle and will connect to any LED offroad lights with DT connectors. If lights do not have DT connector you can cut off connector and direct wire to lights.

Wiring

Wiring harness needs to be stocked in stores with the light bars that require them to work properly.  Wiring harness is complete but needs a bracket to mount it to the dash .

Picked this up on special for 10 bucks!

Very well made harness with quality components. 

Installed it on our 2017 Subaru Outback to power an LED driving light bar.

I ended up doing some modification to the harness to allow the driving lights to be activated by the high beam circuit. 

I also took some length out of some of the wiring to eliminate any excess cabling. 

I also decided to change out the switch for a Pilot micro bug switch to truly tailor the product to my needs.

I would highly recomend this product to anyone who needs a great value wiring option for their driving or off road lighting needs!!

Great quality, for a great price!

it looks like a good quality item however I don't know if I really need it. bought it as insurance and on the light manufacturers recommendation.

Bought a 15" light bar from Amazon.  When I installed it, as soon as I connected the wiring harness that came with the light, it smoked and burnt.  Got a replacement harness, and did the same thing.  Found out they used too small guage wires in it.  Decided to try the Auto Drive one.  Installed it today, NO smoke or burning!  The wire guage used was exactly the gauge it should be.  Had the same connector as the light.  I'm very satisfied with this product, now I can finally use my light bar!

Excellent LED light bar wiring harness!

Connections on switch were incorrect. Simple fix as the wiring diagram was included and I had a meter available.

The hook it up and go part was nice but almost right after hooked up it melted right threw the wires and it didn't stand up at all. Attached is a picture of one of the many spots it melted threw.
