Is this product clear in color before applying ?

Brand new as stated. The store does not have it but online store does. Free shipping when combined with my other items that total to $35. Save gas and time surging in the store and not to mention foot traffic, checkout line/welfare line, and importantly stress. LOL

Must shake vigorously but covered rust that I wiped down with a rag to remove the bigger pieces of rust and is back in use already.

Seems like painting only it is supposed to protect scale from rusting more. Time will tell if it works or not but it was easy to do and even simply painting over rust will encapsulate it for a while...
