I purchased a number of wiper blade inserts from Santa Margarita Toyota and the process was great! Some of the inserts came (as advertised) not in a package and one of them was the wrong length (an easy mistake to make as they later said that they were grabbing them from a bin). The promptly replied to my query and included the correct blade in a second order I was making anyway. Their prices are quite good and they had items that were not in stock elsewhere.
