Mounting is straight forward, but not the same as traditional TRD pro roof rack. I ... Mounting is straight forward, but not the same as traditional TRD pro roof rack. I suggest making a ring of silicone gaskets around the roof mounting screws as it will not be water right without it. To mount leave the rear section unscrewed until it is mounted, then press toward the center (a rubber mallet helps) the two sides until flush. Then screw the rear into place. Also the cross bars will still slide around once secure. I used some loctite double sided rubber tape on the top and bottom to keep them from moving.

Allow a little play when attaching the bars to the roof mounts to ensure the bolt holes line up with those on the roof. Then tighten accordingly. Mine didn't line up and I ended up breaking the driver side, rear mount of the rack. But that's my bad, using force over intelligence. I haven't reached out to the company to ask about buying a replacement for that part. Hopefully they see this review and reach out to me. :)
