Just be aware, they set the light out code for the license plate on my 2015 jeep renegade but they also worked perfectly fine on my 2015 chrysler 200 and 1999 ram.

I had a Philips Xtreme Ultinon as my plate light and wanted a brighter one so tried this because I figured 6 diodes would light it up more than 1 on the Philips but basically just the 2 on the end shine on my plate. It's basically the same, lights up top half of plate. 5 stars still, they both are better than glass bulb. These would be better in a housing that has internal reflector. Also I'm going to add, just use white behind your yellow or orange lens if using for marker lights, it's quite a bit brighter than amber bulb. I want my whole plate lit up and my car only uses one bulb so I'm going to put these on my mom's car when I find a brighter one but these are more than sufficient.

Good license plate illumination bulbs.

Used these in a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited for the rear license plate illumination.
The installation, even though easy, hit a little snag with the lamp on the right side. The wires are shorter than the left side making it a little difficult to grab the socket and to turn it. But it got done in the end. A set of smaller fingers would be a good help.. This is by no means a fault with the LED bulbs.
The license plate is now much better illuminated.

Yamaha Super Tenere parking lights- These are really impressive. I replaced the incandescent parking lights (small ones next to the headlights) with a set of these led bulbs. WOW! What a difference. I would say the color is on the blue side a bit- 6500k or so. They compliment the H7 led bulbs from Beamtech nicely. Great set of bulbs- hope they last a long time
