Product Description

Our new TRIGGER SIX SHOOTER features an updated RF remote with full rocker functionality. Optionally hard-wire the remote base for full remote backlighting. The Trigger System substantially saves installation time. It eliminates the need to run wires under the dash or through the firewall of a vehicle when wiring accessories. It also adds functionality such as; a remote control for activating installed accessories from outside the vehicle, dimming and flashing functions for installed lighting, fused circuits with LED indicators to notify of blown fuses - and more. The RF remote utilizes a universal mounting system that will accommodate round surfaces and flat surfaces and is battery powered to simplify wiring further. Its buttons are backlit and it is programmable for security or use with additional remote's. Several Trigger control boxes and remote's can be used together to control up to 24 accessories. When mounted to the roll bar of a UTV, the buttons on the remote are more easily accessible than the dash switches. No straining against the seatbelt to reach the dash, just a quick reach up and the remote is right at hand. The Bluetooth App will control on/off and dimming functions as well as flashing when used with LED or conventional lighting. It is simple to set up and allows for user customization. Use the app to "Trigger" lights on from outside the vehicle when camping, or for whatever you might need to activate on demand. Save time, simplify your installs, and get out on the trail: Pull The Trigger.Manual buttons for individual circuit power on top of control box

    Died after one day?
Update: 2/25 I received a new unit from Amazon and I did hear back from Trigger. Everything is working just fine with the replacement but the remote really is junk. The plastic is awful and the lighting isn’t well done. You can buy replacements from Trigger directly—and I’m sure many people do—but you shouldn’t have to at this price point.———I bought this last week, installed it, and it was working fine. I hardwired the remote in my car through a low amp fuse and the main yellow wire is connected to ACC. But the remote died this evening while being used disconnected and on battery power. I've tried using new batteries and returning it to hardwired power in its bracket but neither of those made a difference. I attached a pic of it working fine yesterday afternoon, when I thought installation was done.I've contacted Tigger to find out if I need to take the whole thing out and return it. The remote is clearly the weak link in this system. The hood box with the solid state relays is really nicely done. The remote is plastic junk.I'll update this review if I hear back from them.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great product at this pricepoint
Reviewed in the United States on July 18, 2021
Installed this in my Ram Power Wagon and for the price point it is a very nice product. I was only installing lights but like the expandability. Works as advertised, appears to be well made and not having to run wires thru the firewall is nice. I deducted one star for the following three reasons:
    1. Bluetooth connectivity is tricky. DONT CONNECT YOUR PHONE TO THE DEVICE, USE THE APP. Once I got ahold of customer service they were very helpful in sending me the updated app and answering questions. But it shouldn't be this hard to connect when the Bluetooth switching is the major selling point. They need to get rhe current app in the Google app store. Does connect easily once setup is sorted out.
    2. The unused connectors should have a cap to keep dirt out. I used electrical tape.
    3. The switches provided are cheap feeling. For the price I understand and I installed them as a backup anyhow. They do work well.

Overall, if you don't want to spend $600-$800 on an Spod or don't want to run wires into your cab this is an excellent alternative.

i bought this unit in jan 2023 and a day after the return window closed my unit started to malfunction i tried contacting amazon and the amazon store that sold it with no luck. so being frustrated i contacted aac directly, their customer service rep was an absolute pleasure to deal with and they got me up and running again with no hassle koodos to AAC and their customer service, they are awesome and i cant stop saying good things about them

Edited. The second unit that i received from AAC is doing the same thing i only use one of the 6 channels and i have 4 KC daylighter led lights that use 1.5A each or 6A combined hooked up to channel 1 the 30A Circuit none of the six channels are working.

Its too bad this was a great idea but the quality juat isnt there

The product is obviously used, it’s dirty, it’s the four switch rather than the six switch, one switch doesn’t work well, all switch stickers are either missing, upside down, or out of place. Oh, and one of the antenna appear to be broken…
