Drilling Essential
High Speed Steel Versatility
Our step drill bits are constructed from traditional HSS combined with a titanium coating to make them even more durable. This also proves the capability and durability of the drill to last through multiple drillings on surfaces such as: plastic, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, and so much more.
Unique 2 Flute Design
Two flute design also lets the material particles escape easily for a much more clean drilling operation. With each step, you can feel the drill bit stop so you never drill bigger than you need to.

One of the standout features of this step drill bit is its ability to expand holes in various sizes. With 10 step sizes ranging from 1/4 inch to 1 3/8 inches, it covers a wide range of hole diameters, making it incredibly versatile. Whether I'm working on a small DIY project or a larger construction task, this drill bit has got me covered.
The titanium coating not only enhances its durability but also ensures smooth and clean cuts through wood and metal. I've noticed that it reduces friction, which means less effort is required when drilling, making my work more efficient.
I appreciate the precision and accuracy I can achieve with the NEIKO 10194A Titanium Step Drill Bit. It's designed to create clean and uniform holes, which is crucial for a professional finish. Plus, the ergonomic design of the bit makes it comfortable to handle during extended use.
Overall, I highly recommend the NEIKO 10194A Titanium Step Drill Bit to anyone in need of a reliable and versatile drilling tool. It's made my projects easier, faster, and more enjoyable, and I couldn't be happier with the results it delivers. If you're looking for a high-quality step drill bit, this one should be at the top of your list.
If you're working with wood, plastic, or a soft metal these are perfectly fine. but if you're working with 1/8 inch steel or thicker, these things will try to break your arm. The metal comes off as tiny chips instead of little curly spirals, that should tell you everything.
I only used the smallest bit to test out, and it was not pleasant. There's no way I'd use one of the wider bits with the metal I'm drilling. You'd probably break your arm or your drill with a powerful enough tool.
