Don't feel bad I think a lot of us non-manual readers didn't have a clue at first. I had to google it to figure out what that switch was for.

The satellite antenna is the black square on the front dash windshield vent. The shark fin up top is the normal radio antenna.

I made a bracket out of aluminum. Bent it to go under the headliner. Then trimmed the headliner for it. Then drilled a hole in the bracket to accept the little plug that holds the headliner up. Used 3m tape and bam done.
I'm going to post pics of it later today so u can get an idea.

Those lines down low on the windshield are heaters for the wipers during ice conditions. Yes, it does make it a little more inconvenient when replacing. It was a $60 difference in price as well. The shop had to order the heated one that took a few days extra to get. There is also 3 or 4 designs of these windshields. I wrote up some stuff on a windshield thread here a while ago about it, cant really look for it right now.

Are you changing the front 6x9’s to 6”? That Lc7i is awesome! Got one in mine. Took my front seats out to run wires, amp and crossover under driver/passenger seat. Have fun running those wires lol

That is lightning speed! it takes me 30 min to set chocks, jack up, and take the tires off.
@Braves95 I would def recommend having an extra set of hands. Someone to help hold the sway bar or control arms so you can get the shocks out and in. Try to get it all done in 29 min for bragging rights

Combined 6200 lumen of reverse lights. I ran a set on my last 4 vehicles and like a dummy, left them on the last one. New ones are alot brighter. Be awhile to install, trying to get a lift done this week. When hooked up they automatically come on with reverse, can be left off or turned on for tailgater repellant. Does anyone know who makes switches to plug into our dash that can switch between two power sources?

I can see & have seen the retention methods for the traxx & cans. I am very curious about how you are retaining the "rifle" case?
I have a similar case and was curious about the options. What brand is that case?
    Thanks. Sorry for late response.

They used to run awesome deals on these on Amazon, $30 or so, but I think the people of tacoma world destroyed them, I bought mine when I had my taco, and the deal hasn’t surfaced again since. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00E221...colid=2893XS9PZVW3&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it It ran on top of my taco for a coupe years and it’s still water right. I drilled 4 holes to line up with the Prinsu rails, which worked perfectly from the taco-4Runner transfer, and used rubber fender washers inside to keep the inside dry. If you aren’t familiar with Prinsu, they work in a slotted rail that fit carriage bolts so the thread points upwards so the washers and nuts are inside the box. The only thing I wish I would have done different is to drill the holes so it could be mounted front to back or side to side. I need to move mine so it’s width mounted but will have to add holes if I use my current case. Sorry for the long answer but I’ve had this set on two vehicles now.
