I want to post up some info on my Rago Fabrication ditch light brackets with Baja Designs spot lights.

First off the girls and guys are top notch there. Through out the whole process they were extremely helpful, detailed, and knowledgeable. I called several times to address a few issues I ran into and got them fixed.

The quality of the brackets (ditch brackets/relay bracket) are excellent quality from powder coating to fit. Much better than the ones I used on my Tacoma from others. And the zip tie holes is a genius idea to keep the wires from rubbing the paint in the hood.

In the past I have used various Rigid industries in spot, driving, and flood variations and I have to say that I prefer the Baja Designs. I have the Baja’s in my factory fog lights and now the ditch brackets. I feel they provide a more precise light pattern than the Rigid’s but with that said both are great lights.

Thanks again to Rago for taking care of me and thanks for your service to our country. Because without our armed forces we would not be able to buy ditch lights for our trucks!

Do you get flashed when running the fogs?

I really don’t use them when I am near other cars because they are super bright. Primary I bought them for my late at night and super early driving on the highway. Usually times when not a soul is on the road. I have left them on accidentally and have always been flashed when I did.

Looks good. I went with CaliRaised low profile brackets and Baja S2 Pros in wide cornering. Similar setup but much lower profile at the expense of not being quite as bright.

Thanks...I was actually looking at the S2’s but I got such a good package price from Rago that I just couldn’t turn it down. I ordered the ditch brackets, relay bracket, harness w/relay, and OEM style switch.

Is your Rago ditch light brackets the regular or low profile?

They were the regular height not the low profile. When I ordered them she said some people don’t like the low profile because of the extra glare.
