5th Gen Folding Mirrors

Does the non power fold still work? Like if someone’s to walk by an hit them with their shoulders will it still fold without messing stuff up internally?

 

Good question I was wondering the same. If you slap them shut, in theory they should still breakaway manually. Maybe @Braves95 knows.

 

Yes still works the same. I'll do a test run if it gets opened by someone will the other mirror open and vise versa.
But the way it sits now if its opened on both and you want to close just one it does do it. And it feels and sounds just like it does if the motor wasn't there

Just tested and all works. U will hear a crack when it does move but it will reset it self.
