Hi all, want to level my 2019 4runner SR5 front only with bilstein 5100. Does anyone have a tread for what needs to be removed for this install.

The wheel, the bottom coil over bolt, the top 3 coilover bolts and drop the spindly to pull the old coilover out and install new 5100 with coil.

I gotta ask first. Are you reusing the OE coil or going aftermarket with a prebuilt 5100 coilover?

How are you going to pull the coil and reinstall?

You will need a spring compressor to pull the coil they can be a bit sketchy sometimes. If your asking how to do this I’m guessing you don’t have much mechanical experience? May be safer to have someone help that knows more or have a shop do it. Playing with springs can be deadly.
