    Wow, that’s amazing how you lump all mechanics together.
    I’m not in agreement with your statement as I know mechanics that definitely don’t fit into “your” box that you created.

    My statement was a quote from my father who turned wrenches for over 40 years until the day he died.

    I used to think it was just his funny take on life until I gained a deeper understanding how right he was.

    just to clarify… the cars are the pieces of shit, not the mechanics.

    I appreciate it. Dad was a good man and a fine mechanic. I could definitely see his frustration with the industry before he passed in 2013. My brother is a dealer tech (not Toyota) so I get to hear about all the shenanigans from the dealer side and the technician side.

    Thanks for pointing out my post, though. After re-reading I can see how it easily it could be taken out of context.
