Alright, since the late fall, early winter weather is setting in. Post up your favorite soups you like to make.

Its a chill, drizzly day in the CA Bay Area and I’m making a chicken and vegetable soup out of a roasted chicken.

    Chicken
    Onion
    Celery
    Carrots
    Potatoes
    Italian seasoning
    Pepper
    Chicken stock.

Yeah no doubt, does albondigas soup require aging or something? Like a fine cheese? Wine?
