Looks good. How is the dash kit? Does it feel as high of quality as the stock dash or is it flimsy. Did you paint it yourself?

We'll see, I've got 90 days to return them. Haven't really seen any OEMs that I really like either, I'll keep my eye out though. Mostly just considering these costume jewelry. Sliders are way overkill for what I'm ever going to do(curb hopping at the stadium or speedway) and the steps are so my elderly mom can get in easier if I ever need to take her anywhere.

Yes sir. The soche kit is legit, and I prefer it over the "other" one/bezel. The vent stuff, little spacer by the clock, all fit really nice. Like it was born to be there.
And yes sir,.. painted it in my spare bed room.

When I did some reading and sniffing around, there are 2 colors people use. I think the black sand pearl was pretty much dead bang. The clear coat I used, a dude turned me on too, I highly recommend, .. it really made it.

Heck I have a pair of OEM off a 2018 ORP that I’ll sell you for 100.00 plush shipping. I even live in Saint Louis if you want to make the drive.

Can you send me a picture of them? I might consider doing that if I like them and the shipping isn't too crazy. All I'd need is the weight and box dimensions so I could get an idea of the shipping cost and I could shoot over a prepaid UPS label from our UPS account here at work.

No function really offroad of course but they do offer great protection against door dings and they grew on me over time. I had to have something for my wife and kids so this is what I picked.

The entire light comes out with just a couple of screws. Take it off and dump the bulb out. I did the same thing.

They are not TRD rims. They are FN Wheels FX Pro wheels. Upgrade over stock TRD rims. 17x8 rather than 17x7, they come in multiple colors, better backspacing for larger tires and no need for wheel spacers.

They are also FN expensive...lol. I like them. I guess I already checked out their website. These aren't on them anymore unless I'm missing them.

They salt in NM? That blows I’ve had a chip in my Tacoma’s windshield for almost 2 years now somehow it hasn’t cracked yet. Got it from a gravel truck going the other way down the highway. Lucky me!

I did the same thing. I put some packaging tape on the end of a chop-stock, stuck it in the hole, and fished out the bulb. Probably easier to just remove the housing.

Sounds like a lot of wasted oil. But what ever floats your boat. Toyota themselves recommend 10k oil changes if you’re rockin synthetic. But to each their own.

Lucky you mine only lasted 19K. I got a rock chip driving off the lot had it fixed then winter came. Got another chip then the temp dropped and when I turned on the defroster it ran. I personally think Toyota had a bad batch of glass since it chipped so easy.

I would have to take them up to the ups store to get them packed up and a price on shipping. I just took them off and put on pred steps and they’ve been sitting in my garage ever since.

I have 12k on my 2018 and I’ve had 4 chips filled that would have spread. The glass is definitely on the weaker side compared to vehicles I’ve owned previously.

Hey I really appreciate the offer on these but I think I am going to pass. I slowly working my way towards getting rid of all the chrome on mine. Those are way more sturdy though. My coworker has those on his.

On 12/26/18 I had to wash the truck before I installing the Clemson Tiger plate, thereby foretelling the eventual national champions almost 2 weeks in advance.
It's a gift so I guess there's really no work involved.

No offense to the rest of the thread, what you fellas do to a $40,000 truck is truly amazing.
