Newbie question

May purchase of 2010 Limited, 225 k miles. This past week, flashing 4Lo, lit TC indicator and lit CEL. Stored code is P0430 (cat sys eff < threshold). Searching through the forum has lead me to either a bad/cat or bad neutral switch. Some incongruity in that my reading seems to indicate the neutral switch is more associated with a different code, and also, that the 0430 code is not often found with the aforementioned warning lights. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Battery tested healthy, I've not tested alt yet.

Reset the CEL and drive about 40-60 miles to see if the check engine light comes back. Not sure what the other lights are doing. Cats went bad in my 07 FJ before 100k. I drove with them "bad" right up until stupid emission testing 2 years later. Got them replaced with Magnaflow cats.
