For the 2020 Sequioa, they have an available option: "Sequoia TRD Pro will also be available with a TRD cat-back exhaust. The single-outlet exhaust features a black chrome tip and TRD debossed logo, offering a bolder exhaust note that TRD engineers designed with a frequency-tuned sound cancellation device to improve in-cabin sound quality."

I wonder if they'll have a similar cat-back exhaust option for the 4Runner as well?

I hope not. The best sounding exhaust for a wide angle V6 is a silent one.

Will it cost under 50k? For the 4Runner?

Rear ended in 2017 by an uninsured driver. Paid my $500 deductible to get it repaired and since other driver was at fault and uninsured I couldn’t seek diminished value through him or my insurance so...I immediately took a $8k-$10k loss in value of my vehicle with no means to recoup

Did you only have liability insurance, no full coverage? Sucks.

I had full coverage and uninsured motorist coverage. Thing is, if your insurance is paying to repair your vehicle, you can’t claim DV against your contracted insurance carrier. My only option was to sue the individual for the diminished value but the letters I received from my insurance indicated they couldn’t recover damages from them so my chances were nill

I’m sure he did. Aside from a suspended license he probably got and the totaled out 2008 Yukon he was driving. I could have sued and put a lien on any of his property however, he was renting so couldn’t go after any equity in his house.

That’s two accidents I’ve been involved in with uninsured drivers.

One accident in 2009 and then in 2017. Strangely, same month.

Ohhh I see. Even though it was paid for and repaired, it still shows up on CARFAX and resale value. Understood, that sucks big time.

Uninsured motorist accidents....So frustrating. I have only had one and let's just say the person following the law always gets screwed.

Probably a nice price upgrade too for Toyotas 2020 bastard model just ahead of a redesign. I mean why bother Toyota?

I do however like that side exit exhaust.

Looks like they raided the Limited parts bin for the pushbutton start and the HVAC control stack.

I wonder if that also means the Pro might get buttons for the rear hatch instead of using the key to lower the window. And ventilated seats from the Limited...?

I'm hopeful, if not a Kenwood will be had, I don't care about CarPlay but the 8" screen is awesome.

I'm also glad I bought a 19. I knew the pro was getting the big ugly rectangle for safety sense but the video shows off road has it as well. Looks so out of place (to me) it would drive my ocd crazy
