Lugnuts/New wheels

    Hello Team,

    Just got a 3 inch RC lift done. Added 285 70 17 AT3s wrapped around Fuel Coupler Blk Gloss -12 offset wheels.

    Love the look, my only concern is the amount of pinch the nuts are getting around the bolts. The nuts are around 1 inch in length and gripping roughly half, so 1/2 inch is being tightened only tell it max.

    Should I be concerned and look to put longer bolts on the disk?

    My suggestion would be to take it to a reputable tire shops (ie: Discount, Big O, Firestone) and have them evaluate it. Hopefully whatever shop sold you the new wheels used the correct lugs with them, but since you have doubts get it checked out!

    It's a common issue as the OEM studs are quite short. Just get extended thread lugnuts like these:
