If you're looking to keep it out, aka sterilize the soil for a barrier around your fence, look at something similar to GlyPhoSel Plus as that has a 6 month residual. However keep in mind once you spray that it keeps out all vegetation where sprayed for that duration, not just the PI. But if you want to kill the PI and cover it with pine straw, etc. as a border that might make sense.

Yes, the idea is to keep the ground under the fence and a foot behind the fence completely barren so that area stays clean of this nonsense.
I paid someone considerably to remove around 40 hackberry trees, vines etc from this part of my property so I could put a fence there and make it nice and clean. This idiot's vines are not going to ruin it for me.

    Hmm...
    I wasn't applying to any pets/livestock.
Application was against some very tiny brown and red insects crawling around patios, doors and windows.
    Under garage doors

When you squash them, they turn into red stains on the wall. Regular Store insecticides kills them on contact. But more comes back by next day.
Looking for a residual effective contact solution.

Hence the gasoline smelling Bifenthrin from Amazon
