    Neither.

You put it in a jar so you can cook with it later.

Or use it to season your cast iron pans.

I don't cook but can follow directions. Since the better half passed, I have been on a door dash and bourbon diet. A dietician recommend the " Meal lime" (free) app and it's a major life saver for me. just got done cooking Balsamic grilled chicken with a classic Caprese salad. The app allows me to pick dietary choices (low carb for me), number of people/meals and makes a shopping list based on meal choices and gives step by step instructions to follow. I will post pics in the future. Sounds like an infomercial, my bad but i'm just happy getting back to healthy eating. End of rant.

Thanks! It turned out pretty good…first time I’ve used the butcher paper to wrap instead of foil…for sure like this method better.

Haven’t had the courage to try brisket yet. From what I hear you either nail it and it’s delicious or you totally screw it up and order pizza. I’ve had the peach butcher paper for years, just haven’t tried to do a brisket.

The first brisket was scary but I’ve been fortunate to not screw one up yet…I’ve done 4 or 5. I use a Traeger and have the temp probe in the meat constantly and monitor it. Probably cheating but it’s worked. I never had the courage to smoke one with a traditional smoker.

Got my Orange Juice for the day. I only get it at one location because it tastes like vineger from local stores.

They want $120.00 for a dozen crabs that are worth eating.
I can get a huge jar of fresh lump crab claw meat for $10.00 fills me up just as much.
