Just got done installing a Lil B's Fab front bumper. So much more approach angle now.

Yeah! Nice bumper! You might need to jump a couple driveways on the way home tonight! You know, just to make sure it "tests" well :dancingbacon::muscleflexing::taco:

Surprisingly, the 700lbs springs I am running on my Kings did not even notice the added weight. This bumper is about 100lbs which has to be slightly more than the plastic POS that Toyota put on it.

Well, the driver seat has been getting more and more worn from entry and exiting the truck, so I finally bought a $167 dollar leather seat replacement on Amazon, after doing the same with my tundra, and by golly, she looks like it'll be near factory-esque after the sun heats and tightens everything up.

The reason I replaced my leather interior with cloth interior. The fabric seats feel better, hold you on the seat better than the original leather.

I've heard that...your conversion was 150%-200% better than OEM cloth, tho - color, foam et Al!

Mine is a strong mall crawler, still, and also a kid hauler...leather is paramount for the ability to keep more clean!

I’m amazed by the Sport Edition black cloth seats in my ‘07. Indestructible and easy to clean too.

Has anyone in here towed 3.5k lbs over some of the passes in CO? If so, what were your trans temps like? I have a big cooler, but I’m worried about this sucker going nuclear

I've towed 5k lbs over some MT passes..all went well..just keep it in 3/4 and go slow...monitor and adapt as needed...a cooler helps a lot and these are robust transmissions...when you're done, do a D&F...

I have an external cooler that opens above 185 degrees and the travel trailer I towed through the mountains of New York and Vermont last year was 4K pounds. Granted we were below 5000 feet altitude but the highest temp I saw in 1000 miles of towing was a transient 230°. It quickly fell once we got to the crest of the long hill.

I just did a pan drain and fill (~3.4 quarts) at 53K miles since the last full fluid exchange and the fluid looked pretty good.

Agreed, would never not have leather (or something similar) with small children. My child demolishes my interior and i have another on the way.

+1 for leather with kids. We had owned our factory fresh Chevy wagon for a couple of months when my girls left a bunch of Crayons on the cloth back seat in 90-degree weather.

Thanks fellas! This makes me feel a little better. It’s mainly the passes I’m worried about as there are three over 10k feet. In some areas its all uphill for 5ish miles at 35mph or less (Hwy 550), so it will definietly put things to the test.

Thanks! I’m going to spray paint it black so it’s easy to touch up. This one is made by hefty fab works. They have been great to work with, but I did place the order 1/9/25 so it was a bit of a wait

Thanks man! Yes this sucker is 1/4” aluminum. Weighs about 60lbs

All I get is this little box?!
Use Raptor Liner primer and finish aerosol cans. Will last much longer than spray paint and can be touched up.

Thanks for the tips! Are you guys with aftermarket bumpers cutting the front fender liners that attach to the stock bumper? Or just removing them completely? Im leaning towards a trim
