I rotate every 2500 miles so the ware is very consistent between all 5 tires...theres only ever 1 with 2500 less miles then the rest. Even stretched to 5,000 i doubt there would be and issue
I did this with my old wrangler and no troubles I think I rebalanced 1 time around 30,000 and was good to go until 60,000 when traded on 4runner. Had plenty left maybe could have got many more miles out of those Duratrac

only pic I had that shows tread before trade

I do the 7K mile rotation . all tires are almost the same size. all tires look the same tread wear pattern. I do the X rotation . on runner...
I do this on my 2000 GM truck I get 80K miles on them and I rotate those tires 12K miles. I change the tires when the tread is 65% worn.I now have the 2nd set of tires I purchased on my 2000 GM truck.. the 2nd set has 15K miles on them .total odo miles on GM truck 175K.

tires in my area wear a bit more on the right/shoulder side. sand crap causes this wear on the right side so that is why I do the X rotation.. working great save $$$..

    Go Trump!
Built my own ramps, used 2 treated 2x10's. Screwed together with screws applied from top of board down, it is best to stack pieces so that the grain of wood is down if possible. I also use a couple small pieces of rubber under the front of ramp to prevent them from sliding.

I like the ramps when I am removing the skid plates and doing things that need more space. I am not a little guy so every inch of extra space helps a lot.

I was going to buy a set and saw too many disasters with the plastic ones so i was leaning towards steel but decided to hold off for some reason.

Well I went up in the really old garage attic and found a set of random 40+ yr old metal ones. Going to woolwax my undercarriage this week.
