Have you checked the Turboencabulator fuses?

You could be parked in an area of low magnetic flux. Try jacking up both wheels on the driver's side to re-distribute the E squared interval.

Damn I know @Thacrow knows his way around wiring too. My money is on a fault with the lights themselves.

What brand did you go with and was it a fuse tap to make them work?

Have you tried turning it on and off

Yeah that's the problem. The heated seats also dont work now.

It looks like all your lights work except the low beams.

Take two of the wires from the raptor and connect them to drivers side, the rest of the harness will know you are providing 6 volts of current to the electrical system so now you take 2 more wires and connect them to the passenger side and now that makes 6 + 6 = back to 12 volts

This will split the power from the raptor lights which each have 3 volts so if you install another set of raptor lights, that will force the electrons to gang up on each other but they're gonna also spread out because theyre hard to catch so they'll distribute themselves proportionally throughout all of lights!!
