Neither of your links work for me. Maybe list the name of the part?

Just call the dealership and get it in flat black.

Eastwood will color match any newish OEM color and send it to you in rattle cans. No need for a paint gun and giant air compressor. You can spray it in your garage.

I haven’t called them yet because they’re terrible to deal with and mark up all their parts like crazy. Hoping to be able to just order it to my house at a decent price.

I hadn’t considered this. Ive never painted any auto parts before. Is it easy to get even and to clear coat? Does Eastwood send directions?

Eastwood does better than instructions. They are an absolutely prolific YouTube creator. Anything you could want to do is on their YouTube channel. And ChatGPT has your back on all the little stupid questions.

Spraying with a rattle can is easy peasy. Main thing is follow the instructions on the can.

Before spraying clean the piece with 70/30 isopropyl alcohol/water then universal prep-all. Give it 30 minutes to off gas than wipe with a tac rag. Remember it's better to do more light coats than a single heavy coat, this will help avoid runs. Follow instructions for flash time in between coats. Do 2-4 base coats then 2 clear coats. Then give it lots of time to dry.

And here's the beautiful thing. Even if you don't do something exactly right, for your purposes here it's going to look great! Try to do everything to a T but don't stress if you forget something. The first time I sprayed bodel panels I couldn't believe how well it came out
