    Good evening all,
I'm new here and this is my first 4runner. This may have been asked in previous threads but does anyone know which automatic running boards fit with the limited trim?

ONLY the OEM auto running boards that are ONLY available thru toyota at the time of build.
You can not put any aftermarket auto running boards on a Limited.
The only way you can get aftermarket auto running boards on a Limited is if you change the lower rocker panels and fender flares to the SR5 type. Then you can use the AMP steps and others that fit the SR5 models.

Who makes the OEM ones from toyota? I tried to have the parts department to look them up and they can't.

    99.9% confident it’s AMP
The steps are identical to the AMP aftermarket steps
I’m sure Toyota signed a contract or NDA about the power running boards so they can’t sell them over the counter and AMP won’t sell them to anybody either. The only way to get auto running boards on a Limited is to have the vehicle built in Japan with them on it. Pretty sure the parts Dept can buy parts, motors, control units to keep them running but you can’t buy a kit and install it.
The only other way is to swap to SR5 lower rockers and run the aftermarket AMP boards.

The limited lower rockers hang down further. The mounts need to be longer. Fab them up yourself and make it happen if you’re able.
