Welcome! You're still under mileage but depends if you're within the 36-month timeframe being a 2022.

Go to the Toyota web site or use the app, input your vin number and it will give you the in service date.

Not sure now since it is a wear item but requires the entire headlight to complete the repair.

I don't think it's been done but I have thought about swapping to halogens and figuring out the electrics if mine happen to go out but I'm going to continue to procrastinate in favor of literally anything else for now.

There are factory led headlights for sale on here, occasionally, people swapping for aftermarket. You can always go that route.

After driving with LED headlights on mine I will never go back to the factory halogen low beams. A k or two spend here or on Ebay for a good set of OE takeoffs is worth the increased night time visibility.

I don't understand how Toyota can have such great halogen high beam but drop the ball so badly on the pass beam, it's not rocket science, even reflectors have come a long way such that a decent sized dedicated halogen pass beam can be very good, they were doing great with reflectors in the 00s but when they went to projector halogen low beams they seemed to have forget how to light up the road. In our family there is still an 04 camry and a 12 Rav4 whose low beams make the 20 a cousin has look like its headlights are broken.
