Taking out Toyota Dash cam. Suggestions?

    Had to take factory, or really dealer, dash cam, Toyota oem. Would like to remove from windshield. Suggestions please.

    Oooh look, another mod.....
    It is secured with a very strong adhesive. Get a razor blade and very carefully start to separate it from the windshield.

    I would take a length of Kevlar thread or heavy sewing thread and use it as a rope saw between the glass and camera housing. It’s the same trick used to remove most things stuck on with 3M VHB tape.

    I'm also curious why not just leave it. Does it block part of your view or do you have another reason?
