Checking on business

Anyone have experience with Dirt.com that sells the trail swing tire carrier. Made a purchase 5 weeks ago was told lead time was 3 to 4 weeks. Can't get anyone to answer or return phone text or email. Any info would be appreciated

 

1. I'm assuming dirtcomusa not dirt.com
2. 1 week over due I'm not sweating it just yet.

Why the hell are you texting and emailing? Call them. E-mail is the worst form of communication.

 

Called several times first and left messages all 3 numbers. no reply or callback.

 

Try DM them on Instagram, last post was Feb 17.

 

I finally got a response last week product should be shipping in a day or 2.

 

Curious if you ever got yours @Justkelvin?

I ordered on 1/23 and haven’t heard anything despite reaching out to them.

 

I ordered on 1-17 after no contact a week past projected ship date I spent a week trying to contact them with no response. Finally got AJ to return an email on Feb 26 and told me they had sent a batch of LH to powder coat and mine would ship the first part of next week . That's been 2 weeks and haven't heard anything except the canned email they sent out that matched their comment on Instagram. I even got his cell he gave me to text and it's silent too Hell I got a large item from Canada during covid quicker than this. Hopefully they're not folding they have a great product although pricey. Was yours a LH or RH swing?

Well going on week 11 on a 4 week ship quote been told 4 times it will ship that day or within a couple of days. Was given a worthless tracking number almost 2 weeks ago. If I ever get it it should have a hell of a powder coat job seeing as how I was told it just came back from the powder coaters 3 times. If you're looking at buying one just beware and don't expect it for several months or possibly ever. If you've watched any of the YouTube or Instagram videos with the company founder AJ he has jumped ship no longer with the company as of a couple of weeks ago.

 

I think I would just file a chargeback with my bank or credit card company, and move on. Good luck though. That sucks.

 

Already talked to cc company. If no confirmation from shipper by Friday that's my plan.

How was your order? I finally received mine and it was the wrong swing, I'm now dealing with the same BS as before 3 weeks today and have been told 4 times it will ship it has shipped or should have shipped. I'm priority according to them but that don't mean shit.
