Remove Trd pro exhaust

What parts of the exhaust need to be removed to eliminate the drone? Is there any welding involved?

It's basically a bolt on catback so you will want a catback from a non Pro Bro but then it exits out the back unless you have a shop change the flange for the tailpipe. You can change the muffler and/or add a resonator to remove the drone but then you have to have a shop cut and weld that as well.

It's a pretty simple switch.

You'll want a non trd pro exhaust. The exhaust is two sections (muffler and tail pipe). To make it easy on yourself, remove the spare tire, and split the sections.

 

Where are you located? I'll swap you my stock exhaust!

 

I have a 24 Pro with a stock exhaust swapped in. Simple process. We do road trips with this one. No regrets.

PS: I have 4 too! (One is a baby - FJ)

 

If I could swap the muffler while keeping the side exhaust without welding I would do it.
So when I want to sell the Pro I can put things back and sell.
