I really don't want to be dropping thousands on a pre-made drawer system for my 21 4Runner.

Can I see some DIY or best budget systems that you use quite a bit?

    Pro's / Con's / Advice would be greatly appreciated! :)

I’ve had my drawer box in for over maybe 1 1/2 years. I got plans from solidwoodworx. Only thing I wish I did differently, would be to shorten the length so the 2nd row could still recline. I’m happy with how it turned out.IMG_5906.jpg IMG_5907.jpg

It simply slips into place and is held with the 4 turnbuckles

There are some really nice setups in here! Nice work, guys!

Mine is pretty crude, but works for me. It has a removable section where my summer spare lives. It's actually the 3rd one I've built, and one got modified, so I'm calling it version 4. :D

The drawer isn't really a drawer. It's just a box that slides out when I need to reach stuff in the back.

I'm including a link to my build thread in case you're interested in seeing the other versions.

I'm actually thinking about making version 5 this year. It'll probably pretty similar to version 4. I'm starting to think I enjoy building them as much as I enjoy using them.
