Posted this in 5th Gen forum, but will probably more appropriate here:

In January 2023, I installed an Eibach Pro-Truck stage 1 kit p/n E80-82-071-01-22 to my '21 ORP. It is supposed to be +2.75" Front +1.0" rear with no additional weight.

The ORP is stock other than the Eibach kit, TRD wheels with 265/70 C-load KO2s and running boards. It has always had more rake than I thought it should... it makes the standard sized KO2s look ridiculously puny. I had taken initial ride height numbers before and after installation but can't find them.

Getting ready to buy new tires soon. To see where everything was sitting 20k miles later, I measured each corner from the center of the hub to the lower edge of each fender vertical of the hub centerline (perpendicular to floor):

    Front Left = 21 1/8" Front Right = 21 3/4"

    Rear Left = 23 1/8" Rear Right = 23 1/2"

Garage floor is level enough (<1/4" slope over 8-feet); I used squares to makemeasurements as consistent as possible, I'm confident they are accurate +/- 1/16"

The ride of this kit is excellent, Toyota should valve the suspension like this from the factory. I'm not concerned about the lean, but the rake looks awful. I confirmed the part numbers marked on the rear springs are correct for the kit, but I thought it should be more level.

Is the front sagging, or is the rear jacked up higher than it should be? I'd rather not raise the front more than necessary and even so, I could only go another +3/4" up front within the "normal weight" adjustment range. Thoughts? Anyone have similar experience with this kit?

Looks like your front is sagging, which is unusual because those springs are not known for that.

The good news is it's a fairly easy fix by just raising the lower spring perch to the setting you prefer.

Following up on this. OP, did you move the perch up or leave as is? My measurements are the same so I'm debating.

Eibach stage 2, load lifter kit, Maggie w/ OTT tune... Other stuff.
If it's the stage 1 kit, there would be no "micro " adjustments, like the fully adjustable stage 2.

Yes, it's the stage 1 so I would need to go to the second perch. I've spoken to Eibach at length about the issue (2.75" advertised lift and a 1.5" actual lift) only to be told I can pay a shop to swap out new Eibach springs and hope the new ones are better or I can run spacers. Not exactly the customer service I was hoping for.

Sorry for the late reply, but I left the settings as-is.

Eibach tech support’s position is the font ride height is on the low end of tolerance, and the rear springs are on the upper end of tolerance.

I did install P285/70 Toyo ATIIIs and it does look better than with the stock sized tires, but I don’t care for them… the 7” TRD Pro wheels are indeed too narrow; even aired down to 28 PSI, the contact patch is crowned, and steering response is dull. Oh well, took a chance against my better judgement.

Wife doesn’t seem to mind and she likes the look. That probably represents the opinion of 95% of people going this route.

Ideally, stock rear ride height with a slightly stiffer spring rate (like Eibach) and front height leveled under 2” is the way to go, IMO.

Im at a crossroads whether to leave everything as-is, or put OE springs on the Eibach shocks with some LT255/75 KO2s.

There are a few low lift options for the rear. I used the 4th gen Eibach rear spring and got 3/4”. Also one of the factory FJ rear coils is supposed to be 1/2” taller than our factory springs.

Thanks for the info! I’ll do some more research into this. Do
you have the part number you used and a ride height measurement?

I’ll try to find the measurements if I still have them. I set the fronts at 1.75 on factory springs and got roughly .75 from the rear springs. They are the same rate as the 5th gen just shorter.
