I found the entune diagnostic screen...now what?

Just a bit of a backstory, I'm from Canada and have a 2018 4runner Limited with JBL. I got T-boned in 2023 and the collision centre workers fried my head unit and a couple other fuses while jumping it. Now it's a back and forth between the collision centre and my local dealership when it comes to fixing it. I'm in the middle and I'm just so tired of it. I drive in silence and I can't bear it anymore.
The furthest the dealership has got to was replacing the head unit. All fuses have been replaced as well and the wiring was checked. Silence still. The dealership has been giving me the run around and hasn't brought my vehicle back in to finish diagnosing.

I searched through a lot of the forums regarding the entune diagnostic screen but now I'm lost trying to figure what the DA |NG| means. Can someone please help me?

NG stands for No Good
Common slang in offshore stuff
I would assume whatever test it runs, it failed its own internal test, so its giving you an NG badge meaning No Good.

Possibly, I'll have a look. I did have to replace the battery in January, -45 weather killed the last one.

I found another screen using the lights on/off holding the audio button down and came across more thorough information, including actual codes i can look up!

They are in the "past" column, does this mean it's hung in?

I'm at work now, so I might have a chance to take a further look later.
