    2005 V8 sport 4 runner
    Hitting 200,000 on my V8 4runner, replaced water pump , plugs and belts at 100,000.Going to do the same at 200,000, what else do I need to do or check?Thanks!

    Better question is what shouldnt you do!
    Incomplete of things to look at if you havent:
    • hopefully thermostat and idler pulley was in that waterpump swap too
    • check all ignition coils, replace as needed
    • at least drain and fill if not flush ALL of the fluids
    • grease drive shaft(s) spiders and slip yoke
    • check wheel bearings for play, if theres movement that should be there then swap
    • same for UCA and LCA ball joints
    • check front and rear UCA and LCA bushings, if theyre sat then grease, if not replace
    • check steering tie rods ends for play
    • front and rear sway bar bushings grease or replace
    • actual suspension doing ok?
    and manby more Im sure someone else can chime in with

    Yes thermostat and idler pulley was replaced,thanks for the list ,I will have all things checked.

    At 240k-ish i added to my timing belt service (in addition to whats already mentioned) my fan pulley assembly, new radiator/radiator hoses... i think that was it, maybe my idler pulley or some other pulley as well.
