I got bored at work today and decided to see what was left for new 5th gens out there. One whole vehicle left out there up in Tacoma Washington. And it's an SR5 with $20k worth of dealer add-ons. The era of dinosaurs is over..

I guess no one wants to pay an extra $20K for a vehicle that the dealership monkeys hacked up. Who would have thunk?

 

This one kind of stood out as a head scratcher...for 6 grand.

I do like the bumpers, and the lift looks nice, not a fan of that roof rack, but who would go with all this without the rear locker, mts, cc and whatever comes with a off road model. I guess just for the look?

BILSTEIN 6112 SUSPENSION LIFT KIT $3,119!?!? I think I paid under $500 for my 6112 front set up in July 2022 and $0.00 to install because I did it myself.

No matching fifth wheel and a cheapo switch for the light bar….. they can’t afford an AOB Switch?

I'd love to know where you found 6112's for under $500. I've never seen them that cheap.

If it includes rear 5160's and coils + installation, I actually don't think $3119 is too bad. But, I haven't looked at the listing to be sure.

 

i’ll have to try to dig up my bill from July 2022 but it was from Wheeler off-road, unassembled

 

I'm a total newbie to 4 runners (only had mine 3 months, stock), but that looks like it is tail heavy. I'm guessing that the suspension 'upgrade' isn't compensating for all that rear bumper load?

 

Perhaps trying to attract the Ineos Grenadier crowd. At least now it weighs almost as much as a Grenadier.

My bad, my 6112 set up was $732. I must be thinking about the 5100’s in the rears + T13 coils in 2022 for under $500
