For the past 2 weeks i have looked high and low is there any off road bumper that doesnt require you to cut up your Original bumper? I just cant come to cutting up a brand new bumper. If not then what bull bars do yall prefer? Thank you all

Not a fan of the Bull Bar look and the general opinion from everyone is they won't really protect much in a hard enough collision. I have a Shrockworks on my 5th gen. Very happy with it.
Here is an excerpt from their website concerning cutting up bumper cover.

-"Custom made trim pieces that mount below the headlights. This gives a clean look WITHOUT hacking up the factory bumper."-

I have never worked with other bumpers, but imho the trim pieces give you the ability to adjust the clearance between the bumper and the fenders so it doesn't make contact. Since the trim pieces are separately mounted apart from the bumper, you can adjust enough space between the bumper and fenders so it can float with frame flex and not create any damage when going over obstacles.

Going to do a Custom Baja Prerunner style for my 4th gen eventually.

Happy New Year and Good Luck!

I didnt know you could buy the trim pieces i thought you just had to cut them off the original bumper for all of those off road bumper. Do you know where to find those trim pieces? Thank you for that info!

I'm not sure if you can buy the trim pieces separately. That is something that Shrockworks offers with their full size plate bumper. If you wanted to try and fit a different brand bumper and not cut your stock bumper cover, those pieces might work. But, you will have to call them. The pictures below are of the Shrockworks trim pieces included with my bumper. They are a heavy chunk of metal so the string was necessary. 2nd pic is of the two trim pieces and the cross brace for the grill installed and ready for the bumper. Disregard the yellow arrows, they are from another thread I posted on.

it was really easy to cut the plastic, took 10 minutes to remove whole front plastic and another 10 minutes to tape my line where I wanted to cut and cut it. Its really no big deal.

Whose rig is that? I am curious of the paint color. Or is that a wrap.?
My 07 will look similar in paint scheme to that in about a week.
    Thanks

I think that is a color (Quicksand) Toyota offered only on the TRD Pro 4Runner and Some Tacos and Tundras. Color might be discontinued now.....

It was the 2016 special color on the TRD Pro Line (T4R, Tacoma and Tundra). On the 4runners, they don’t/haven’t used the special colors again, but on Tacoma’s and tundra’s, the year after a special color is used it’s available on other trims.
