Just picked up a 2020 ORP. Passenger side is missing the vent closure dial. Can’t seem to find the part anywhere. Wondering if anyone has delt with this also? What’s the solution beside buying a whole new head unit? Any help would be appreciated!

@Saker i think that part number is for the vent by the windows. Not for the center vents.

    Window side is

    55650 & 55680A

55660 looks correct but hard to tell if the vent dial you are looking for comes with it.

You will have to remove the headunit. The vents are attached to the frame of the head unit. Once the head unit is out, unscrew the right vent and replace with a new one.

Removing the head unit is easy. Remove 2 plastic console covers on either side. Pull out HVAC. You can let it hang. Behind it are 4
10mm screws holding the head unit bracket.
Once removed the console can be pulled out.

This should be the part number. Stick to OEM. 55670-35040 , 55680-35011.

And for the cracked head unit cover just buy a Chinese black overlay to reduce the eye sore.

My Lexus had the little white line on the vent control that would light up/glow at night. Really miss that feature to adjust the airflow when driving at night. I wonder if anyone ever made a mod to get it on the 4R?

I guess the easiest would be using glow in the dark paint but if there's a proper way to do it when the headlight are on that would be better

Those are actually part of that whole center stack piece. They are melted in place. They can be removed from an old one with a soldering iron (plastic de-solder) and reinstalled with the same method. But as far as I know they are not separately available. Junkyard or someone here may have them.

On mine the slider tab for adjusting the airflow direction broke. I just bought a set of used vent assemblies on eBay, shipped from Dubai.
