With a conventional "air breather" you can get feedback on the steering wheel if you are rubbing up on the curb.
My wife's 2018 Tesla Model 3 does not give the same "feedback" if you hit the curb. She had her Tesla for 45 minutes
before she mangled the edge of her rims on a curb. I was about to tell her "slow down" but didn't. I bit my tongue for a couple of minutes until I couldn't help myself any longer and went ballistic!

 

Front locker.
True sway bar disconnect.
Factory installed supercharger.

Now for the wish list:
Option for 4.56 or 4.88 gears.
Steel bumpers with factory installed winch.
Long travel setup.

Seat and mirror memory. My wife and I share the truck.

A real transmission (already stated here).

All buttons on dash and door panels illuminated.

Flip style rearview mirror for night time rather than the auto-dimming one. Too bright at night.

 

The only thing I really want is a frame that doesn’t rust so easily.
Some storage cubbies would be nice too.

 

Dual fuel tanks.

My dad's 82 GMC Sierra had this feature. It was nice to just click the toggle switch and keep on driving after tank 1 went bone dry.

 

Great call Loco, I had a few 70's and 80's trucks with dual tanks. At least give the option for larger fuel tanks.

Rear window 1”-2” gets great airflow, crack both front windows halfway you got a wind tunnel!

 

Most unique transmission control in a car that I owned was a 1964 Barracuda. Push button controls and a lever you’d slide to put it in park.

My 86 F150 had dual tanks. Was actually nice.

The family Silverado had it. 86 maybe? I remember always sitting in the middle of the bench and clicking the switch on the dash with my knees.

My brother and I have a 1937 Cord. It has a pretty funky gear shift.



We also have a Model T Ford. The gears are shifted with the pedals.

Right pedal: brake
Left pedal: 3 positions:​

• • Fully depressed-first gear
  • Middle position: neutral
  • Upper position: second gear
  • Left pedal and center pedal both fully depressed: reverse

There are two levers on the steering wheel.
Right lever: throttle
Left lever: spark advance​

The parking brake lever moves the left pedal to the neutral position.

Driving that thing requires one’s full concentration.

 

I took a close look at this when I got the spare tire carrier. Could never justify the cost (product and install). Maybe one day...

 

Expensive as hell AND you have to give up the full size spare.

 

Just have to relocate. If I weren't such a pansy I'd just throw it up on the roof rack and drive slower due to being even more top heavy
