Car tray to eat food on the road

Anyone have a good recommendation for a car tray that fits our steering wheel?

Is it a troll post? Why would anyone need such a thing like this?

 

Over eat for a few months and you get a 12pk you can eat off. Easy. Also holds fries and you can dip down into your center console sauce holder. The extra "drink" holder is actually a tub for your au jou/gravy/birria, look in the foreign language sections of the owner's manual. It shows all this.

 

I frequent several joints/food trucks that have great food but no indoor seating, only outside, if that. When it is sunny, dead calm, 95F, 100% humidity or 20F or pouring rain I use a tray similar to the one shown. Much more comfortable in the T4R than outside. And no, takeout to home or indoors somewhere is not an option due locations. Thus I don’t have to pass up some great food just because of the weather.

I travel a lot for work and sometimes make a mess with fries and dip. I also work in the car and it would be nice to have somewhere to set my laptop.

 

I am really surprised we haven't seen the seats-folded down indoor bistro patio mod yet at this point.

Then the home gym mod...MASH unit mod...wow the possibilities are really endless.

Don’t forget to get an adult bib too, if you’re eating in the car. I’ve had to eat a sandwich/burrito on the go and it’s saved me from having to wear my food all day.

You might as well go all out if you're doing everything in the car.

 

I want something that can hold my hydroflask on the floor. I’m sure there’s something but I haven’t looked.

 

Next time when you get pulled over just ask the cop if you can buy his equipment from the petrol car. They have the laptop desk and probably a tray with coffee cup holder and donuts drawer.

 

I only drink beer while I'm on the road.

Something that works great---
those hooks you hang off the back of the head-rest posts for hanging grocery bags on. I hang one off the passenger seat back and hang my water bottles on it. Easily accessible with my right hand while driving.

I like this style as opposed to the solid plastic ones that might not lay flat.

 

So when it’s 95F I’m not hungry. When it’s 20F I’m inside the house. Same when it’s raining.

That’s looks pretty good for a laptop and mouse. Have you used it on a 4Runner?

 

I haven't, but the reviews (and pictures in those reviews) are great. They mention how easy it is to mount/unmount and how it can hold a large laptop w/cell phone (both weight and size dimensions)

Wow. The dyslexia is strong this morning. I read that title as "Try to eat cat food on the road."

 

Why is it dumb? I work on my laptop in the truck quite a bit. This is my office sometimes in the summer and fall.
