So I'm at 350xxxkm did valve cover gasket, fuel injector #4, fuel filter, msf sensor, throttle body clean, o2 sensor and synthetic oil change with OEM filter. Car runs great no issues, coolant and oil are correct level and clean, same with transmission, no over heating etc.

I noticed my oil light flickering (not blinking) for a few seconds making me think it's an electrical issue with the light itself? Or possibly a sensor connection?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Turn the key on and engine off. Does the oil light illuminate steady in this state?

Could be sensor, wiring or actual low oil pressure. When pressure starts to degrade, often will start with a flickering light.

I'm willing to bet you tugged on your wiring harness for your oil pressure sensor and the connection is slightly loose.
Try snugging it back up and see if that solves it or you may have to replace the harness.

I tried replacing the oil pressure sensor but the harness does NOT come off. There isn't a clip on it i can't figure it out it must be the clip that's broken

After a long time they get stuck together. I'd expect it to be one of those plugs that has a tab you have to lift up as you pull, normally the tab breaks off.

So would that mean i can pry it off or use pliers to pull it off? Will i have to replace the harness? I'm always scared of messing with electrical things as I'm not sure if that'd require me to solder a new harness on?

If you end up going this route, be very careful to not torque on the sensor itself.
I have seen cases where people have cracked the block where the sensor screws in while either removing or replacing the sensor.

The sensor is held in with a clip you push in NOT lift up like I said.

If it doesn't come out easily make sure you're pushing the tab in so you aren't fighting the locking tab. In rare cases I have used pliers or a screw driver to pry or pull out a stuck plug, I wouldn't recommend this if you don't have experience doing it because you could easily break the plug.

If it does break the plug on the harness you'll have to replace the plug.

Also when removing the sensor from the block, don't use an open end wrench
