Looking for a manual 4 runner that is stock . Ideally lower the mileage the better - would love an ultra low mile car - willing to pay up for a rust free original paint 3 pedal 4Runner. PM Thanks

You'll have to hunt hard. Manual transmissions rigs were not common and most, if not all have been modified because manuals are the best for off-roading so you are competing with people who want to off-road a 3rd gen and people that want an unmodified 3rd gen to use as a platform for mods.
