From 2023 ORP just bought it…

Came out to the garage to hear what sounds like some kind of a pump stuck on in the rear half of the truck… near fuel tank.

The car hadn’t been on in hours… it came on randomly and stayed on for 15 minutes or so and then went off.

    any thoughts?

Too many to list & Worth every penny!
This is not a disparaging comment, but if one reads the manual there is a wealth of tidbits of information that is beneficial when these and other questions arise.

If one reads the manual, they have too much time on their hands. Go outside and play.
