Worthless Sh!t To Put On Your 4Runner!

Cooler, battery station. Chain saw, hedger, hand saw. Pelican case with 3 tents (people always forget shit on their tents so I have extras). Pelican case with starlink (I'm in sales and need to be "available" because my checking account depends on it), Pelican case with kitchen shit (tiny BBQ and 2 burner stove - sometimes we set up somewhere for a couple days and I like to eat well), sometimes 2 coolers if we are going out with more people are longer, then all my wife's shit, sometimes the dogs shit, sometimes extra gas up on the rack, air pump, extra millwaukee batteries, bag of radios, bag of tools, small table (again when we set up for a couple days in one spot), sleeping bag, clothes....

...depends what you're doing, how you want to live, how many people you'll be out with and for how long, and the less stuff other people have the more stuff I tend to bring.

And when it's two coolers There's not much room behind that seat.

Last few times my 4runner is loaded with all the food, kitchen stuff for 3 vehicles of people. One of the vehicles is a tacoma with nothing but firewood, 3rd vehicle has a huge dog in the back so I take more stuff to give that dog more room.

 

You forgot the keg of beer.

 

Exactly and not to mention those people are easy targets to be carjacked because youre going to give your car up pretty quick if theres a baby with you.

Nice! They sound super fun. I'd love one as the perfect juxtaposition to the 4Runner. A reasonably fuel efficient, quick car would be great for buzzing around town.

There are good reasons for the use of the "Ignore" button.

 

I wish there was one in real life, but then again, far too many things go ignored, when something more is needed.

 

My favorite are the city driven lifted trucks with 4" of wheel poke and low profile mud tires. Nothing like making your vehicle suck on and off road.

 

I've never used it. But, I'm sure it's been used on me. One user even announced it when he got mad at me because he misunderstood my post.

I've considered it. But, even assholes have something worthwhile to say once in awhile.

 

I'm much older than you. You have waaay more worthwhile things to say. I don't hit the ignore button indiscriminately. It takes quite a while of reading posts by an individual before I make that decision.

Edit: Oh, and I don't have time for some things or some people. Attitude is everything.

 

Oh man, I love seeing these trucks. I always laugh when I see them.

I see 'em a lot in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. 99% of them are on F250/350'/Ram 2500/3500 & Chevy's 1500/2500/3500's. They're only on domestic brands. I never see a Toyota or Nissan. Oh, sometimes I see a Jeep Wrangler with them, and they ALWAYS have those "predator" caps over the front head lights and two or three light bars.

 

So THAT'S why you haven't ignored me, yet!

I definitely agree about the attitude part. Some folks are just nasty and negative all the time.

I do my best to be respectful when I'm disagreeing/arguing. I think I've made more friends than enemies on these forums.

I was going to not "like" your post, but it would have been dishonest. I guess I made your point for you.

 

Just remember the ignore button isn't completely foolproof...you'll always see that person's valuable input when someone quotes them. Seeing those, you'll probably remember why you put them on the ignore list in the first place.

Conversely, you may see a trend towards them starting to act like a human being once again, and take them off the ignore list.
