Was that from a 7 or 8 year loan? I remember when they went to 5 year loans and people lost their minds over that. I personally never had more than a 4 year loan myself.

7 year loan, it’s the only way I could afford it. But I generally pay off my loans early. But this 4Runner is like buying a house. Back in 2018 I bought a Jeep Patriot with 13,000 miles for $15K. The 4Runner is 3 times that amount, but worth every penny.

I spit out my pop

I really hate this term, but this is the "new normal".. unfortunately. Car makers have inched prices up (look at the price of a stripped down F-150!) and people are paying it. Until they reach the threshold and consumers stop purchasing a base model SUV or truck for $55,000 its just going to keep going up.

We have a 2023 F150 Powerboost (sticker $57k) & my 2023 4Runner TRD ORP (sticker $49k). Even still, my TRD ORP is a deal compared to the F150.

I just finished plowing my garden in the front and about 8 acres of food plots for the deer.

Not a lot of turkeys here in Northern Mi. Mainly I plant the plots for the deer.

I had mold in my HVAC unit under my house and it was all sealed up under there. Cleaned it and the condensation pump. I have a drain hole in the corner on my foundation where the ac drain line used to go to. Poured some cleaner down it.

My 22yr. old daughter graduated from WSU in May, and started a business selling bagels at farmers markets and events over the summer. She worked hard and was successful enough that now just 4 months later, she was able to open a brick and mortar shop Monday.…Bavarian Bagel Co. in Leavenworth, WA I’m just super proud of her. Often the stereotype for her generation isn’t overly positive when referring to toughness, and work ethic but that’s not my experience with her…. I can tell you some other things that are accurate generalizations but we’re keeping it positive.
