Veery cool yeah I am looking at this one but the deal has hit some road blocks as usual with these fuck wad dealers....and congrats on the new ride!

 

Man I hate buying vehicles with a passion! I know that sounds like horse shit with all the trucks I go through but it’s for real lol
Thanks- I wasn’t on the market but when ins deemed the taco a total loss my hands were tied. Just paid it off too- no kidding the title came in the mail Friday

 

I am actually kind of tired of the Taco as it is time to maybe lay back and mellow out a little

 

I didn't know you totaled it WTF happened? Buying a new vehicle is such a pain in the ass as I am such a pain in the ass

Fwiw I like the runner 10x more than any of the tacos I had. So much more solid and better built.

I’m almost all the way ok. Spent the night In icu day of the accident. That was two weeks ago- still a little sore but 99% fine
Actually about to go try and run a few miles for the first time since here in a minute

 

I really want to get away from this fucking transmission bullshit! The dealer was like we see you have had some tranny issues and I said no Toyota has tranny issues and BTW they say its normal!

When the deal fell through yesterday I told the sale manager basically to fuck off for the bullshit low ball offer so I went to another dealer

 

So I guess were growing up and graduating by moving up to the 4R huh?

Yessir. Honestly though- I feel like the runner is more beefy than my taco. I bought the offroad and it’s definitely a better riding truck. Feels like it would do a lot better offroad too

I’m currently looking into a few mods. Need a cargo rubber mat, hitch basket, maybe some led pod fogs, and .... the big has bitten me lol

 

Yeah, Drunk driver lost control then crossed center line and hit me head on. I ended up pinned between the windshield,dash and firewall took them a little over an hour to get me out of the car i was told. EMS said the only thing that saved my life was the rain because the impact was reduced by about 30% by wet pavement. I woke up 72 hrs later and had no idea where I was or what happened and to this day I have no real memory of the accident other than some bits and pieces.

 

Good lord man that’s terrible. I would venture to say it’s for the best that you don’t remember. Probably saves you a lot of time talking to a shrink. Save those meetings for all the other issues lol jk

I too recall nothing about the impact ~ knocked me out and I woke up in the hospital. Worst part of my stay - the damn bed I had was like sleeping on tree roots

 

Well it is looking like this is not going to happen as these shit sticks have every deceiving practice in the book covered.... Plus they think these are worth their weight in gold!

Plus they think those tires are rims are worth $3600 bucks as I laughed my way out of the sale office....

We are $1289 bucks off on the sales price and $40 bucks off in the payment and about $700 bucks off in the Toyota Platinum Extended warranty and 1.5% off on the intensest rate.....They asked if I would buy down the payment all i could do was laugh then I said NOPE!

 

What model and options did you get?

Unfortunately what I want is not within 300 miles of my location 2018 White TRD Off-Road w/Premium package there are 2 dealers that have them but they have added accessories (tires and rims etc which allows them to keep them in their inventory....
